We cordially invite you to our vernissage on the occasion of the moving in of the new objects. Four works of extraordinary sensuality have found their way to us in the House of Paper through this year's Paper Art Awards. The award-winning works depict emotions in a subtle and complex way, captivate us, touch and seduce us. Starting with the palpable feminine sensuality and intelligence of Afshan Daneshvar's work in the "Boats Series", to the impressive embrace of different materials in Lisa Tiemann's work from the "Couples" series, to the astonishing objects of Aja von Loeper, which she creates through intense friction from the paper to the layered and polished object by Goekhan Erdogan. "Seduce me, paper" invites you to get involved in these sensual worlds.
 
After the welcome by the director, Annette Berr, we will present the new objects in our curator's tour. In addition, we are very pleased to present selected works by Barbara Beisinghoff and Wolfgang Heuwinkel. These two artists have also dedicated themselves to paper as a material in their many years of work and are also introduced in the tour.
 
Afterwards there is time to explore the museum independently and browse through our library. On our terrace we can end the evening together in a relaxed atmosphere with a refreshing drink.
